Ho’ oponopono was introduced to me by Joe Vitale and Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len in the book Zero Limits. It has helped immensely in my outlook on life and I a happy and proud to share it with you.

Ho’ oponopono is about being 100% responsible for whatever is placed before you. An angry person or a smiling child or winning a lottery. Dr. Hew Len says” Ho’ oponopono is about looking within ourselves for debts, errors or blocks in our subconscious minds that reply as problems, judgements, putdowns and al l kinds of other problems.”

The way I use it, is like a mantra or phrase that is repeated to calm myself. It actually seems to clean away(erase) the negative and replace it with positive. I have been using it for 3 years now and have had such an increase in wealth, both financially and emotionally.

This is the mantra —- “Please forgive me, my family, my relatives, my ancestors, for anything that might have contributed to this situation for you, your family, your relatives, your ancestor, in any thought, action, deed, manifestation or vibration, back to the beginning of creation. I Love You, I’m Sorry, Please Forgive Me, Thank You!”

The last 4 phrases can be repeated if you can’t remember the rest. If that is too much, try, “I Love You!” This is to be used in times of stress, and not necessarily out loud. It helps clear the stress from you and the person or thing causing you the stress. It will show up in happier family members also.
